Bridal

Hey Gorgeous! and Congratulations on the engagement! If you don't already know yet, bridal hair is a huge passion of mine and I'm so glad you're considering me to be apart of your big day. There is just something about a wedding day that I'll never get tired of. Being surrounded by love, laughter and such a positive environment, is a work space I could get used to. Here you will find all the details and information regarding weddings. At the bottom of this page you will find an inquire tab, please fill that out and you will hear from me shortly! Information and Policies

Pricing
There is a base price of $85 a girl, regardless the style. With exception of the bride, brides, please see the retainer and bridal section for info on pricing. Flower Girls under the age of 7 are $50, anyone older is listed under the party at $85. Groom and all men are $25. 


Retainer and Bridal Pricing

A $125 deposit is due at booking. This fee secures your date with me, and covers one trial run. The Bride will also pay an additional $125 the day of for her hair. 

Trial Run

A trial run is included in the brides retainer fee. Most brides use their trial for bridal portraits, however does not have to. If an extra trial is wanted it will be $75. I do trial runs in the salon on work days (Wednesday), if a trial is needed on Sunday or Monday, if my schedule allows, it will be an additional $75 fee.

Travel

A travel fee is determined based on the distance of location. There is a base travel fee of $50 that covers anywhere within a 30 mile radius of Orange, Tx. Every mile after that 30 miles is $1 a mile which is added to the base fee. If I have to bring a second stylist due to the number of girls and what time everyone needs to be ready, there will be a $50 fee to cover their travel as well. If your venue exceeds 100 miles from Orange, Texas a hotel room will be required for the night before. Out of state travel fees can be discussed at booking. We will discuss the total within a few weeks of the wedding! 

 

Minimum

A minimum of 5 girls the day of is required for booking. However, if you do not meet the 5 person minimum, there will be a minimum of $500 that can be split amongst the girls needing a service. 

* Please note that all girls listed on the contract, are responsible for the payment of the service regardless whether they choose to receive it or not. Girls may be added if time allows, but no one may be taken off once contract is signed.

 

Payment

One week prior to your event I will invoice you for the entire total of all people and travel listed on your contract. Your invoice must be paid one day prior to your event. I recommend collecting money from your wedding party once the invoice is sent to ensure everything is covered, as I will only send out one invoice to the bride. Payment must be made in full, in one form of payment. 

Cancelation
Under Circumstances, if you must cancel your services with me up until 2 week prior to the event, you will only lose the non refundable retainer fee that was paid at booking. However, if after 2 weeks up until your event, you need to cancel, you will be responsible for 50% of the services that were listed when booking.

* Again, all people listed on the contract ,when signing, are responsible for payment whether they choose to get the service or not. 


Information regarding services 

I ask that everyone arrives with CLEAN, DRY hair the day of to help the hold of your hairstyle. I do NOT bring a blowdryer with me to wedding events, therefore please make sure your hair is completely dry. During your trial run I recommend bringing all hairpieces and jewelry you may want to wear the day of, this helps give you an idea of the entire look! Please don't hesitate to bring multiple pictures you may be interested in so we can discuss which best compliments you and your dream dress. 

For the day of, please make sure your wedding party is on time according to the schedule we discuss. Running just 15 mins late can put the whole day behind and we don't want to press time and stress on your special day, being on time is important!
